Headlight Restoration In Houston, TX

Headlights are usually one of the first things we notice in a car. That being said your headlights can dramatically affect the overall appearance in a vehicle. Most people think that once the headlights are dull and faded they are basically done for and need to be replaced with new ones. The problem with this is that sometimes new headlights can be very expensive. Especially if you're replacing both of them. They often have special modules and components that make the price spike.

Not only do headlights change the appearance of your car but they also drastically impact your safety at night. The dull and faded plastic usually restricts the amount of light that is able to come out of the headlight, inhibiting visibility.

What if I told you that we could restore your factory headlights for a fraction of the cost of new ones !

Our Headlight Restoration Process

  1. Sand The Headlights.

Usually depending on the severity of the oxidation we may need to begin with 800 grit once we determine the the best possible process we move up in grit to completely remove the oxidized plastic.

  2. Refine The Sanding Marks

We then focus on blending the sand marks using higher grit  sandpaper and preparing the headlight for machine compounding

  3. Machine Compounding the Headlight

Using a hand held polisher and compounding pad and compound we then remove the sanding marks.  And restore the new layer of plastic.

  4. Polish The Headlights

After we use a polish and polishing pad combination to remove the cutting marks from the previous step to bring out maximum clarity.

  5. Protect The Headlights

Finally we protect the finished headlight surface with a high quality ceramic coating that will deliver protection for years to come.
